Position Summary:
We seek a customer-focused Wellness Assistant to provide health consultations and drive retail success in our Glengariff store. Ideal candidates will combine retail skills with basic nutritional knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on health supplements and nutritional products
- Maintain attractive product displays and optimal stock levels
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge
- Implement merchandising standards and hygiene protocols
- Drive sales growth through upselling strategies
- Manage inventory to minimize stock loss and waste
Requirements:
Essential:
- Matric certificate with 50% English & Maths (60% Maths Lit)
- 1 year retail/customer service experience
- Basic understanding of physical/life sciences
Preferred:
- Relevant fitness/nutrition qualification
- Experience with sports nutrition products
