Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert customer guidance on healthcare products and supplements
- Drive sales through product knowledge and cross-selling strategies
- Maintain optimal stock levels and minimize product wastage
- Ensure store hygiene standards and attractive merchandise displays
- Support inventory management and loss prevention efforts
- Share product knowledge with team members
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Matric with 50% in Mathematics, 60% in English Literacy
- Life Science/Physics subject pass
- 1 year retail experience with supplement/nutrition products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Sports Science/Nutrition/Fitness
- Customer service training background
