Core Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on health supplements and nutrition products
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge
- Manage stock inventory and implement merchandising standards
- Drive sales targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Maintain hygiene standards and attractive product displays
Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- 1 year customer service experience
- Basic understanding of health supplements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sports/Nutrition certification
- Retail operations knowledge
- Familiarity with vitamin/sports nutrition products
