Job Description:

The successful candidate will support wealth advisers with management and administration tasks. You will interact with clients, manage relationships, and provide excellent client services. Your role will include implementing new business, supporting marketing plans, and handling reception duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather policy information
  • Compile summaries of information
  • Prepare client reviews
  • Create proposals and client reviews using set templates
  • Enter data accurately
  • Research product details
  • Handle new applications and quotations
  • Resolve client enquiries for existing business
  • Manage diaries for new and existing cases
  • Schedule appointments for the wealth adviser
  • Arrange investment review meetings
  • Update and maintain the CRM system
  • Rebalance and monitor existing portfolios
  • Prepare and send monthly or quarterly statements
  • Manage administrative documents and keep detailed records
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships
  • Record transaction details
  • Meet service level agreement deadlines
  • Handle employee benefit service queries
  • Manage policy renewals
  • Ensure compliance with FAIS regulations
  • Load new and existing business policies

Minimum Requirements:

  • Completed BCom Degree (preferably majoring in Information Systems, Analytics and Investment Planning/Risk Management, or BCom in Economics)
  • 0-2 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong technical and administrative skills
