Key Responsibilities
- Manage WMS administration including user setup and role assignment
- Coordinate WMS projects implementation and staff training
- Generate system reports and analyze warehouse data
- Develop and maintain administrative systems and procedures
- Manage administration department documents and records
- Coordinate with 3PL service providers and resolve operational issues
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in warehouse operations
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Relevant Diploma or Degree qualification
- 3-5 years warehouse supervisory experience
- Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in end-to-end warehouse management
- Self-motivated with initiative-taking attitude
