We are looking for a Warehouse/Stockroom Assistant to handle daily tasks in our store. Your main duties will include merchandising and packing products to meet our standards, and keeping the floor, back-up area, and warehouse clean, hygienic, and safe.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • 2-3 years of retail experience is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to pass required assessments
  • Success in competency-based interviews
  • Willingness to transfer between stores if needed
  • Authorization for full credit and criminal checks
  • Valid South African ID

Main Duties:

  • Stack and store products safely and neatly
  • Merchandise products according to company standards
  • Check product quality, rotate stock, and remove expired items
  • Prevent waste, shrinkage, and damage
  • Follow security procedures
  • Operate and clean equipment properly
  • Answer customer questions politely
  • Off-load trucks
