About the Role

We need a reliable and detail‑oriented employee to support our stock control team in the warehouse. You will help keep inventory accurate, ensure orders are packed correctly, and keep the warehouse running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, count, and check stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Perform quality assurance checks on all incoming and outgoing products.
• Manage multiple tasks and communicate with different departments at the same time.
• Keep shelves neatly merchandised and the work area clean.
• Assist with ad‑hoc or cross‑department duties as requested by the manager.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and keep your area in optimal condition.
• Report any issues to Floor Supervisors and Managers and help resolve them.
• Follow health and safety protocols and the OHS Act in your area of responsibility.

Requirements

• Matric (high school diploma).
• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Strong analytical, organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using systems to increase productivity.
• Basic computer skills.
