Job Overview

Education: Matric + Warehouse Management Diploma (Preferred) / Relevant Certification

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Execute accurate receiving/shipping of goods using Volvo procedures
  • Verify all incoming shipments against purchase orders
  • Manage bin allocation and system updates for stock movement

Order Processing

  • Pick/pack orders with 100% accuracy for workshop and customer needs
  • Ensure timely parts delivery to technicians and external customers
  • Process documentation for core returns and exchanges

Quality Control

  • Conduct daily stock counts and investigate discrepancies
  • Inspect exchange parts for compliance with standards
  • Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces

Compliance & Safety

  • Enforce health/safety protocols for all warehouse activities
  • Process credit notes according to return policies
  • Maintain secure inventory storage and perimeter controls

Qualifications & Experience

  • Grade 12 Certificate (Essential)
  • Warehouse Management Diploma or 3 years practical experience
  • Proven skills in inventory systems and material handling
  • Physical fitness for lifting/maneuvering heavy items
