Position Details

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Required Education: Matric Certificate or Equivalent
• Experience Required: 1+ years (Vehicle disassembly preferred)
• Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
• Department: Logistics & Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Operations

• Transport non-drivable vehicles to assessment/storage facilities
• Perform vehicle disassembly using appropriate tools/techniques
• Package components properly to prevent damage

Equipment Handling

• Operate forklifts and hoists safely (certification advantageous)
• Complete daily equipment maintenance checks

Compliance & Safety

• Follow all health/safety protocols and PPE requirements
• Adhere to company policies and industry regulations

Administration

• Maintain accurate digital records and checklists
• Report vehicle conditions and work progress daily

Requirements

• Matric certificate (SAQA accredited equivalent)
• 1+ years practical experience in disassembly/logistics
• Forklift operation experience (certification preferred)
• Basic computer literacy for data entry
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
