As the largest manufacturer of pure coffee in South Africa, it is easy to understand why CIRO is a noteworthy front-runner within the coffee service industry and renowned for consistent quality, innovative product formats and extra value offering.A challenging opportunity exists for a Warehouse Administrator to join the dynamic Ciro family at our Cape Town site.Line Manager: Warehouse ManagerJob Specification:Key Performance Areas:Assist with receiving and checking of all deliveries from suppliers (internal / external)Run stock reservations on SAP dailyGenerate picking slips for all shipmentsProcess Ciro invoices per shipment dailyCheck cases picked against stock reservation and liaise with the warehouse supervisor to verify stock shortages.Generate trip sheets for debriefing functionConduct daily debriefing function on SAP for all shipmentsInvestigate outstanding POD’sMailing customers for booking timeslots / permitsProcess stock credits after debriefingInvestigate queries relating to credit requests and discrepanciesReconcile fuel slips with weekly reportsComplete credit report and communicate daily with sales teamInvestigate stock queries in damages / returns / debrief / repack and claims locationsAssisting customers with collections of stock ordersArrange and follow up on courier bookings for all courier collectionsAssisting with cycle counts / stock takesQualifications and Experience:Matric / Grade 122 – 4 years’ experience in a warehouse environmentComputer skills with strong knowledge of MS ExcelSAP experience (minimum 2 years)Hyster license – Valid Forklift Driver’s License (advantageous)Competencies:Thinking AnalyticallyContinuously ImprovingMeeting DeadlinesAttention to DetailPlanning & OrganisingMaintaining ProductivityStrong administration skills
