Customer Support Intern Responsibilities:

  • Deliver multi-channel support (phone, email, chat) to clients and candidates
  • Maintain accurate interaction records in company systems
  • Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining professionalism
  • Suggest improvements for customer experience processes

Talent Consultant Intern Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Assist with candidate screening and evaluation
  • Maintain detailed candidate records and reports
  • Facilitate client communication and feedback coordination
  • Contribute to recruitment process optimization

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Recent graduate interested in HR/Recruitment career paths
