Position Overview

Job Title: Voucher Examiner
Employment Type: Full-Time
Required Education: Matric + 2 Years College (Finance/Accounting/Business preferred)
Experience: 2+ Years Relevant Experience
Location: Gauteng Province
Department: Financial Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive voucher examination and accounts payable/receivable services for ICASS-affiliated agencies
  • Manage mission financial operations to ensure accurate, timely processing of transactions
  • Collaborate with Supervisory Voucher Examiner on policy implementation and complex cases

Security Requirements

  • Successful completion of U.S. Government background investigation
  • Mandatory security certification clearance
  • Pre-employment medical examination may be required
  • Candidates must be available to commence work within 12 weeks of clearance

Educational Prerequisites

  • Minimum two-year post-secondary education in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
