About the Role

We are looking for an Administration Controller to manage daily stock movements and ensure timely payments. The role is part of our Supply Chain and Sales & Merchandising team, supporting a temperature‑controlled network across Southern Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Reconciliation: Receive daily physical counts, compare with SAP reports, and coordinate recounts if needed. Submit reconciliations to the Warehouse Controller.
  • Trip Reconciliation: Print and clear variance reports, obtain daily SAP variance reports, and ensure adjustments are made. Process credit memos and notes.
  • Shipment Reconciliation: Verify stock receipt by customers, activate credits for discrepancies, balance CoD documents, and report major shortages to the Logistics Manager.
  • COD Customer Control: Monitor COD credit blocks, identify late payers, and manage block releases every half hour.
  • Stock Take Control: Print pre‑stock‑take reports, oversee physical counts, and consolidate final reports for records.
  • Parked Documents Posting: Retrieve documents, post manually in SAP, and verify correct debits and credits.
  • Mass Exception Reporting: Identify invoice discrepancies, investigate, adjust, and re‑invoice customers.
  • Banking Control: Review deposit slips with the Senior Clerk, report discrepancies, and investigate shortages.
  • Queries Resolution: Investigate account and CoD queries, request documentation, and resolve issues.
  • Team Coordination: Plan and prioritise tasks, communicate risks, support team targets, and contribute to training.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric or equivalent
  • Diploma in Business Administration
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience in an FMCG environment is a plus
