Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Van Sell Driver to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a Van Sell Driver, you will play a key role in delivering goods to customers, managing route operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
• Effectively manage company funds and reconcile driver’s books as per company procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
• Identify gaps or opportunities in the local market to drive sales growth.
• Maintain accountability for the route allocated and minimize delivery shortages.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to ensure smooth operations.
• Exercise good control over crates and inventory.

Qualifications

• Matric or NQF3 qualification (shortlisted candidates will be assessed).
• Valid Code 10 Driver’s License with a Professional Driver’s Permit (PDP).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of financial reconciliation processes.
• Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Preference will be given to candidates with 1-2 years of driving experience.
