- Education Requirements: National Diploma/NQF 6 in Real Estate Valuation (SACPVP-recognized)
- Experience Needed: 3-4 years in valuation
- Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
- Professional Registration: Valid SACPVP Candidate/Professional Associated Valuer status
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license with vehicle access
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct property valuations and market research
- Maintain municipal valuation rolls in compliance with MPRA regulations
- Execute field inspections and property assessments
- Prepare technical valuation reports
- Optimize valuation processes and systems
- Manage stakeholder engagements
- Perform administrative duties related to property valuation
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in valuation software and MS Office
- Strong understanding of market value principles
- Analytical and research capabilities
