Position Summary

We’re seeking a UX Research & Admin professional to support our Customer Experience Manager in developing and enhancing digital customer journeys across all Clicks platforms. This role focuses on user research, experience optimization and content management to drive customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support digital touchpoint development and customer journey strategies
  • Research UX best practices and competitor approaches
  • Conduct user testing across all UX business projects
  • Analyze CX/UX data to inform design decisions
  • Manage content development for CX projects
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and designers

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Media, Marketing, Research or related field

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in market research (retail/FMCG UX experience preferred)

  • 3+ years in market research with UX focus
