Position Summary

Based in Elgin, this maintenance-focused role requires proactive equipment management to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime. Report directly to Utilities Team Leader.

Core Responsibilities

Maintenance Operations

• Execute scheduled maintenance programs and equipment inspections
• Perform preventive maintenance on plant infrastructure including:
  • Electrical systems (11kV/380V transformers)
  • Compressed air systems (7-40 bar)
  • Steam boilers & refrigeration plants
• Conduct emergency repairs and troubleshooting

Technical Requirements

• Trade Test Certification: Millwright/Electrical
• Valid three-phase wireman’s license
• 4-5 years FMCG maintenance experience
• Preferred: Medium voltage switching experience

Safety & Compliance

• Maintain NOSA safety standards
• Implement 5S workplace organization
• Adhere to environmental regulations
