– National Senior Certificate (NQF 6/7)
– National Diploma/Degree in IT or related field
– Experience in ICT support and service desk operations

Core Responsibilities:

– Install/configzure Windows OS & applications
– Manage network connectivity and storage solutions
– Maintain system security and data protection protocols
– Provide device troubleshooting and technical support
– Implement user authentication systems (MFA)
– Coordinate software updates and remote management
