Job Description

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) offers an exciting opportunity in the HR Department. We seek talented individuals with relevant skills for a Business Administration Learnership based in Bloemfontein.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Complete the NQF Level 3 Business Administration Learnership Programme.
  • Provide administrative support during peak periods, year-round, and when teams are on leave.
  • The learnership combines theoretical training with on-the-job learning for structured work experience.

Skills, Experience & Education

Skills and Experience:

  • Good command of English and another South African language.
  • One year of work experience.
  • Valid medical record confirming disability.
  • Willing to commit to a 12-month learnership.
  • Self-motivated and organized.
  • Results-driven with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work in a flexible and pressurized environment.
  • No criminal record or negative credit history.
  • Not enrolled in any full-time formal studies.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (at least 40% pass).
  • South African citizen.
  • Employment Equity candidate.
  • Has not completed the same qualification or learnership elsewhere.
  • Unemployed at the time of appointment.
  • Aged between 18 and 35 years.
  • Passed two South African languages at 40%.
  • Doctor’s note confirming disability (stamped with valid practice number).
