Unemployed Learnership: Human Resources (Bonded for People with Disabilities)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete the NQF Level 4 Business Administration Learnership Programme.
• This is a structured learning programme that combines classroom training with practical on-the-job experience.

Skills, Experience, and Education

• Grade 12 qualification is required.
• Good proficiency in English and another South African language.
• Must not have completed the same qualification or learnership before.
• South African citizen.
• Employment Equity candidate.
• Must be unemployed.
• Aged between 18 and 35 years.
• Provide a valid medical record confirming your disability.
• Commit to the full 12-month learnership programme.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Results-driven with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in flexible and pressurized environments.
• No criminal record.
• Not enrolled in any full-time formal studies.
