• Salary: R325,101 – R382,959 per annum (Level 7)
• Experience: 1+ years in transport administration
• Education: 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (or higher equivalent)

About the Role:

Deliver efficient transport services and support for departmental operations.

Key Requirements:

• Valid Code B driving license (or higher)
• Working knowledge of:
  • Transport management systems
  • Government vehicle policies
  • Fleet maintenance procedures
  • PFMA and Treasury Regulations

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage vehicle maintenance coordination
• Process GMT invoice payments
• Provide transport policy guidance
• Supervise support staff
• Maintain transport records/databases

Essential Skills:

• Strong written/verbal communication
• Effective planning and coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Analytical problem-solving
• Report writing abilities
