Position: Training Coordinator (Roodeplaat)

Key Details:

• Employment Type: Contract
• Education: National Diploma in Agriculture/Natural Resource Management/Environmental Science (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Experience: 3+ years in training coordination or adult education
• Location: Gauteng
• Field: Human Resources & Capacity Development

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and implement training programs for farmers on sustainable land management
• Coordinate skills development workshops for agricultural professionals
• Develop accredited training curricula with technical experts
• Manage all training logistics and safety compliance
• Maintain training records and impact assessments

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in rural community engagement
• Knowledge of AgriSETA accreditation processes
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication abilities in multiple languages
• Valid driver’s license with field travel readiness
