  • Maintain updated training materials and compliance documentation
  • Manage participant records and attendance tracking
  • Facilitate communication between trainers and medical staff
  • Support new employee onboarding programs
  • Compile training evaluation reports and feedback analysis

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours

Work Environment
