Key Performance Areas
- Turnover Management: Drive sales and ensure profitability.
- Customer Care: Deliver exceptional service to enhance customer experiences.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of approximately 12 employees.
- Stock Management: Oversee inventory levels and stock organization.
- Merchandising: Create engaging displays that attract customers.
- Administration: Handle administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Expense and Asset Control: Monitor costs and manage resources effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 3-5 years of proven retail experience is preferred
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Excel
- In-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to thrive independently and in a competitive environment
- Strong adherence to company policies and procedures
- Capability to work in a high-pressure setting
