Financial Stewardship

  • Manage cash handling procedures and banking operations
  • Monitor asset maintenance (equipment, facilities, IT systems)
  • Control store budgets and operational costs

Team Development

  • Facilitate staff training and succession planning
  • Oversee employee relations and safety compliance
  • Conduct regular team communications and meetings

Performance Expectations

  • Achieve quarterly sales targets and growth metrics
  • Maintain audit compliance scores above company benchmarks
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives
