Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 10 or ABET Level 1 qualification
• Valid Code C driver’s licence
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• 1 year of relevant experience

Core Responsibilities:

• Cutting grass on sports fields and surrounding areas
• Transporting raw materials
• Cleaning and storing machinery and horticultural equipment
• Reporting damages or irregularities to the supervisor
• Watering gardens, tilling flower beds, and cutting lawns using appropriate equipment
• Performing general painting and other minor tasks during the winter program
• Adhering to safety requirements as per the Safety Act
• Upholding the Batho Pele Principles
