The Limpopo Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (LDARD) is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of Tractor Driver. The department’s mission is to efficiently utilize resources to support the agricultural sector and achieve government objectives.

Requirements

  • ABET Level 2 or equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA.
  • Valid driver’s license (Code EC1) with PrDP (Professional Driving Permit).
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Loading, transporting, and offloading goods.
  • Refuse removal within the farm.
  • Operation and maintenance of farm machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
  • Maintenance of firebreaks, access roads, and water reservoirs.
  • Assisting with livestock and general farm activities.
