Key Responsibilities
Time Management:
- Accurate data entry of employee attendance records
- Verify clock-in/out information and leave records
- Maintain organized timekeeping documentation
- Prepare audit materials and compliance reports
System Operations:
- Utilize SAP systems for data management
- Perform routine system checks and updates
- Maintain log of system adjustments
Team Support:
- Address basic employee inquiries about attendance
- Prepare preliminary time reports for supervisors
- Participate in training and team meetings
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 certification
- Valid driver’s license (Code B)
- 2-3 years experience in HR administration (mining preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of SAP systems
