Description

Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings and flight changes. Explain rules, terms, conditions, regulations and procedures as needed. Help customers during flight disruptions or cancellations. Safeguard confidential information and address complaints professionally and promptly. Escalate issues to the supervisor on duty. Provide professional customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent (essential)
  • Airport and ticket sales experience (essential)
  • Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, flexible hours and shifts as required
  • Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English, proper phone etiquette
  • Conflict resolution skills
