Key Responsibilities

  • Process and monitor internal/external orders accurately
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
  • Generate invoices/delivery notes using company systems
  • Manage payment processing per company guidelines
  • Issue credit notes following approved procedures
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Complete daily administrative tasks as required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Matric/NQF Level 4 certification
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential)
  • Agriculture sector experience (advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear criminal record
