Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor internal/external orders accurately
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Generate invoices/delivery notes using company systems
- Manage payment processing per company guidelines
- Issue credit notes following approved procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
- Complete daily administrative tasks as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Matric/NQF Level 4 certification
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential)
- Agriculture sector experience (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear criminal record
