We’re seeking a Telecom Operator to manage communication systems and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Good communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming/outgoing calls
  • Transfer calls efficiently
  • Take and relay messages accurately
  • Maintain continuous switchboard coverage
  • Perform related administrative tasks
