Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support all corporate software applications
  • Develop solutions for business requirements through impact analysis
  • Troubleshoot system defects and implement fixes
  • Manage application integration across environments
  • Implement continuous system improvements
  • Maintain technical documentation and audit compliance
  • Provide chargeback reporting for ICT services

Required Qualifications

  • National Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field
  • 3 years’ experience with Java, JavaScript, Oracle, and .NET
  • ERP/HCM system support experience
  • Legacy system migration experience
  • Preferred: DevOps/ITIL certification
