Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support all corporate software applications
- Develop solutions for business requirements through impact analysis
- Troubleshoot system defects and implement fixes
- Manage application integration across environments
- Implement continuous system improvements
- Maintain technical documentation and audit compliance
- Provide chargeback reporting for ICT services
Required Qualifications
- National Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field
- 3 years’ experience with Java, JavaScript, Oracle, and .NET
- ERP/HCM system support experience
- Legacy system migration experience
- Preferred: DevOps/ITIL certification
