About the Role

AB InBev Africa is looking for enthusiastic graduates to join our Technical Services Trainee programme. This 18‑month structured training will give you hands‑on experience, a solid technical foundation, and a clear path to a full‑time role within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the theory, principles, and operation of utilities equipment across our breweries.
• Participate in utilities projects that align with programme goals and brewery priorities.
• Apply VPO (Supply Excellence) principles to improve processes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot systemic and situational problems.
• Take on leadership roles within the utilities team as identified.
• Communicate findings and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.

Minimum Requirements

• BSc, BEng or B‑Tech in Electrical, Mechanical or related engineering.
• Full legal work authorization in South Africa.
• Willingness to relocate within South Africa.
