Key Responsibilities
- Boost sales using product expertise and customer engagement techniques
- Deliver exceptional service by demonstrating products and addressing customer needs
- Maintain inventory control and loss prevention standards
- Achieve consistent sales targets and uphold company policies
- Ensure store presentation meets visual merchandising guidelines
- Train team members on product knowledge and sales strategies
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and peak periods
