Position: Technical Official – LimLanga Cluster (Monsterlus CNC)
Core Requirements
Education:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics & Science
- OR NCV4/NSC3/N3 Engineering (NQF4 with 120 credits)
Experience:
- 2+ years in electrical distribution network operations/maintenance
Key Competencies
Leadership Skills:
- Team development & mentorship
- Collaborative problem-solving
Technical Knowledge:
- Eskom operational standards & safety protocols
- HV/MV/LV systems up to 33kV
- Power transformer & switchgear operations
Certifications:
- Valid EC/EB/C1 driver’s license + PDP
- LV Electrical Authorization
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute maintenance operations (routine & emergency)
- Conduct minor electrical infrastructure projects
- Ensure strict HSE compliance
- Provide technical customer support
