Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Location: Limpopo
- Experience Required: 5+ years
- Education: National Diploma/Bachelor’s in Translation/Linguistics
- Specialization: Mandarin-English Translation
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate translation services (written & verbal) between Mandarin and English
- Support executive communications at operational and board-level meetings
- Prepare translated documents including reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
- Adapt communication styles for multicultural environments
Essential Skills:
- Expertise in simultaneous/consecutive interpretation techniques
- Cultural sensitivity and diplomatic communication
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office suite)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- SATI certification (advantageous)
- Experience in corporate or governmental translation services
