Position Summary
Department: Network Management Centre (Telecommunications)
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Bellville, Western Cape
Shift Pattern: 24/7 rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network alarm systems continuously
- Log and track incidents through trouble ticketing system
- Coordinate field service calls and resolution timelines
- Manage incident handovers to technical teams
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain accurate incident documentation
- Handle emergency response coordination
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certification
- Basic computer literacy
Preferred Experience:
- Entry-level position – training provided
- Call center/help desk exposure beneficial
- Basic IT/telecom knowledge advantageous
