Position Summary

Department: Network Management Centre (Telecommunications)
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Bellville, Western Cape
Shift Pattern: 24/7 rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor network alarm systems continuously
  • Log and track incidents through trouble ticketing system
  • Coordinate field service calls and resolution timelines
  • Manage incident handovers to technical teams
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain accurate incident documentation
  • Handle emergency response coordination

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certification
  • Basic computer literacy

Preferred Experience:

  • Entry-level position – training provided
  • Call center/help desk exposure beneficial
  • Basic IT/telecom knowledge advantageous
