Core Responsibilities
- Lead electrical maintenance team and coordinate daily operations
- Ensure optimal plant performance through preventive maintenance programs
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Oversee electrical infrastructure maintenance and upgrades
Requirements
- Electrician Trade Test/Red Seal certification
- N6 Technical Diploma/National Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- 2+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and maintenance management systems
- Strong problem-solving and team management skills
- Wireman’s License (advantageous)
