Position: Team Leader – Parliamentary Democracy Office (Northern Cape)

Position Details:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the Parliamentary Democracy Office
  • Organize public participation programs and legislative hearings
  • Develop educational materials in local languages
  • Facilitate community engagement with parliamentary processes
  • Maintain stakeholder partnerships and public communications
  • Manage team performance and office resources
  • Monitor budgets and submit operational reports
  • Implement risk management strategies

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Community Development, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in public engagement and stakeholder relations
  • Leadership experience in government or public sector environment
