Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Limpopo’s Parliamentary Democracy Office
- Oversee public participation processes and legislative hearings
- Develop multilingual educational materials about parliamentary processes
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and community engagement
- Manage team performance, budgets, and resource allocation
- Implement risk management strategies and compliance protocols
- Prepare operational reports and performance analyses
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Communication, Community Development, or related field (NQF Level 7)
- 5+ years’ experience in public engagement/stakeholder relations
- Proven leadership experience in government or public sector
