Position: Team Leader (Inspection & Enforcement Services)
Employment Type: Full Time
Minimum Education: National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (NQF6/7) in Labor Law, LLB, or related field
Experience Required: 2+ years in inspection/enforcement services
Location: Benoni, Gauteng
Department: Legal & Compliance
Key Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor legislation including:
- Basic Conditions of Employment Act
- Labour Relations Act
- Occupational Health & Safety Act
- Employment Equity Act
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct workplace inspections and ensure legal compliance
- Lead investigations into labor law violations
- Prepare and present legal evidence in court proceedings
- Organize community outreach programs on labor rights
- Analyze regional compliance data and prepare reports
- Manage inspector teams and caseload distribution
