Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Labour Relations, Law, or equivalent (NQF6/NQF7)
Experience:
2+ years in Inspection & Enforcement Services
Location: Gauteng
Department: Administration/Legal Compliance
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven experience in labour law enforcement
- Knowledge of relevant legislation: BCEA, LRA, EEA, UIA, COIDA, OHS
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workplace inspections for legal compliance
- Investigate labour law violations and prepare court documents
- Organize compliance awareness campaigns
- Manage case files and inspection reports
- Monitor regional compliance through data analysis
- Initiate legal proceedings against non-compliant employers
