Team Leader Position – Labour Compliance

Position Details:

Job Type: Full Time

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Labour Relations, Law, or equivalent (NQF6/NQF7)

Experience:
2+ years in Inspection & Enforcement Services

Location: Gauteng

Department: Administration/Legal Compliance

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proven experience in labour law enforcement
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation: BCEA, LRA, EEA, UIA, COIDA, OHS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workplace inspections for legal compliance
  • Investigate labour law violations and prepare court documents
  • Organize compliance awareness campaigns
  • Manage case files and inspection reports
  • Monitor regional compliance through data analysis
  • Initiate legal proceedings against non-compliant employers
