Position Details

• Education Requirement: Matric Certification (SAQA Accredited Equivalent)
• Preferred Qualification: Secretarial/Administrative Certification
• Experience: 2-3 years in administrative support roles
• Industry Experience: Financial Services (Preferred)
• Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

Core Purpose

Provide comprehensive administrative support to operational teams, maintain effective stakeholder relationships, and ensure efficient office operations to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Manage executive calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
• Maintain team records and birthday calendars
• Assist HR with staff onboarding/offboarding processes
• Coordinate training programs and surveys

Document Management

• Prepare reports, presentations, and compliance documentation
• Verify commission calculations and ad-hoc reporting
• Maintain document accuracy and alignment with requirements

Operational Management

• Prioritize workflows and task allocation
• Monitor budgets and expense reconciliation
• Manage procurement processes and cost tracking

Stakeholder Coordination

• Organize meetings and corporate events
• Facilitate inter-departmental communication

Professional Development

• Participate in training programs and coaching sessions
• Engage in continuous performance improvement
