Coordinate daily team operations and deliver administrative support while ensuring organizational policy compliance.
Core Responsibilities
Diary & Event Management
- Manage executive calendars using Outlook
- Coordinate meeting logistics (virtual & in-person)
- Prepare meeting materials and record minutes
- Arrange travel bookings and visa processing
Administrative Support
- Maintain document management systems
- Handle office supplies and vendor coordination
- Support new employee onboarding
- Prepare reports using MS Office Suite
Financial Administration
- Process purchase orders and invoices
- Reconcile corporate credit card expenses
- Manage vendor payment tracking
Requirements
Education: Matric Certificate + Office Administration Diploma
Experience: 2+ years administrative experience
Skills:
- Advanced MS Office proficiency
- Strong organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset
