Job Summary

Coordinate daily team operations and deliver administrative support while ensuring organizational policy compliance.

Core Responsibilities

Diary & Event Management

  • Manage executive calendars using Outlook
  • Coordinate meeting logistics (virtual & in-person)
  • Prepare meeting materials and record minutes
  • Arrange travel bookings and visa processing

Administrative Support

  • Maintain document management systems
  • Handle office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Support new employee onboarding
  • Prepare reports using MS Office Suite

Financial Administration

  • Process purchase orders and invoices
  • Reconcile corporate credit card expenses
  • Manage vendor payment tracking

Requirements

Education: Matric Certificate + Office Administration Diploma

Experience: 2+ years administrative experience

Skills:

  • Advanced MS Office proficiency
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset
