Core Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to engineering team members
- Manage schedules and meetings for eight managers
- Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinate office supplies and procurement processes
- Handle correspondence and mail distribution
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Office365 applications including SharePoint/Power BI
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with purchase requisition systems
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
