  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to engineering team members
  • Manage schedules and meetings for eight managers
  • Prepare documents and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Coordinate office supplies and procurement processes
  • Handle correspondence and mail distribution
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Office365 applications including SharePoint/Power BI
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with purchase requisition systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
