Role Overview
Provide comprehensive administrative support to engineering teams while optimizing departmental operations. Responsible for coordinating schedules, documentation management, and ensuring efficient workflow processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for eight managers
- Prepare/distribute meeting minutes and maintain documentation
- Handle office operations including mail, supplies, and filing systems
- Process purchase requisitions and invoice payments
- Utilize MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Office365 tools
- Coordinate travel arrangements and event logistics
- Maintain physical/digital records and databases
Requirements
- National Certificate or equivalent qualification
- 3+ years administrative experience in corporate environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office365 applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
