Position Details

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Industrial Psychology or HR Management
  • Experience: 3-5 years in Talent Management/HR Development

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent retention, succession planning, and skills development
  • Hands-on experience with Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports
  • Qualified Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) with HR professional registration advantage
  • Strong understanding of performance management systems and organizational design

Core Responsibilities

Strategic HR Support
  • Align HR practices with organizational objectives
  • Implement employee value proposition initiatives
  • Coordinate B-BBEE compliance processes
Talent Development
  • Lead succession planning and leadership pipeline development
  • Conduct skills gap analyses and implement training programs
  • Manage graduate development and onboarding processes
Organizational Development
  • Design competency frameworks and job evaluation systems
  • Maintain organizational structure documentation
  • Drive change management initiatives
Performance Management
  • Oversee performance review cycles
  • Analyze performance trends and provide improvement recommendations
  • Coach managers on performance improvement strategies
