Position Details

- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Industrial Psychology or HR Management
- Experience: 3-5 years in Talent Management/HR Development
- Location: Gauteng

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in talent retention, succession planning, and skills development
- Hands-on experience with Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports
- Qualified Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) with HR professional registration advantage
- Strong understanding of performance management systems and organizational design
Core Responsibilities
Strategic HR Support
- Align HR practices with organizational objectives
- Implement employee value proposition initiatives
- Coordinate B-BBEE compliance processes
Talent Development
- Lead succession planning and leadership pipeline development
- Conduct skills gap analyses and implement training programs
- Manage graduate development and onboarding processes
Organizational Development
- Design competency frameworks and job evaluation systems
- Maintain organizational structure documentation
- Drive change management initiatives
Performance Management
- Oversee performance review cycles
- Analyze performance trends and provide improvement recommendations
- Coach managers on performance improvement strategies
