About the Role

Support our Talent Acquisition Team by managing administrative tasks, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with a passion for connecting talent to opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating job descriptions, interview guides, and job postings.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and pre-employment screenings.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Support onboarding processes and new hire orientation.
  • Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and manage the referral program.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (experience with SimplifyHR is a plus).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
