Experience: 3+ years in IT
Qualification: National Diploma in IT/Systems (NQF 6)

• Experience with system configuration & troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and IT infrastructure

• Ability to balance short-term actions with long-term goals

Core Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for user incidents and requests
• Develop solutions and perform system testing
• Manage system updates and process documentation
