Requirements
- An appropriate Diploma or Degree (NQF level 6 or higher).
- Experience and a proven track record in systems management in a healthcare environment.
- Experience in supporting the eLearning Management System used in the department.
- Experience in creating and managing content in a Moodle environment.
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ability to produce accurate system reports.
- Good communication, writing, and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Willingness to work irregular hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the integrity of various systems and provide training access to users.
- Engage with stakeholders to administer individual system requirements.
- Collaborate with management to define strategies, policies, and procedures for different platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of new content to meet online training goals.
- Work with subject matter experts to achieve departmental objectives.
- Manage uploaded content to ensure it aligns with departmental values.
- Provide help desk support for all queries related to the People Development system.
- Report user activities and challenges to management on a quarterly basis.
- Monitor and report on course participation and completion rates.
- Maintain the Learning Management System.
- Manage facilitators and content creators.
Salary and Benefits
R 325 101 per annum – R 382 959 per annum, plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer’s contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
